Nestled in the beautiful setting of Masseria Torre Rossa, Sciurlicchio Restaurant offers innovative cuisine that is completely inspired by traditional Apulian dishes. The dishes created by our chefs are a combination of prime and high quality ingredients, including local vegetables and cured meats.
The masseria is surrounded by caves and centuries-old olive trees and has extensive citrus groves, which are overlooked by the rooms of the masseria’s historic tower. The restaurant is located in one of these original caves, as is its wine cellar.
